In order to show our dedication to all medical offices, no matter how big or small, we offer two ways for our clients to dictate: Toll-Free Dictation and Hand-Held Digital Recorder Dictation.

Toll-free Dictation allows our clients to call our 1-800 number, enter their unique ID number, and dictate the information that needs to be transcribed over any telephone at any time of the day. Through this system we are given immediate access to everything dictated because the dictations are recorded into a call in system located in our headquarters office. This allows the STATS to be completed and at your office within two to four hours of dictating them.

Hand Held Digital Recorder Dictation is a breakthrough in dictation that has had an immediate and lasting effect on the industry.

Hand-Held Digital Recorder Dictation allows voice messages to be stored for incredibly long periods of time. That way, if there is ever a discrepancy; the message can be replayed absolving the medical practitioner of any liability. With Toll-Free Dictation, it is not uncommon for dictations to be deleted just five days after they have been received. Without an actual dictation that can be replayed, it often becomes an issue of he said/she said. The Digital Recorder Dictation solves this problem easily, making concerns like that a thing of the past.
